hey..have you ever felt as if sometimes even your best of friends don't act like one? as if you suddenly lost all the trust and faith you have in that person? or that the person acts in a way you never expect them to? i dunno. but i'm sure i feel that way. i dunno whether i'm over reacting or something. but i think everyone should know the line. between whats good/supportive/encouraging/a joke, and whats not. and thats something that someone i really really trusted breached. well, life's like that. what can i say?

This is a really cute baseball poem i came across.
The asst. coaches even read it to us, at their farewell dinner.
[Btw, rightfield is one of the positions played in softball/baseball]

Saturday summers when I was a kid
We'd run to the school yard and here's what we did:
We'd pick out the captains; choose up the teams
It was always a measure of my self-esteem
âCause the fastest, the strongest played shortstop and first
The last ones they picked were the worst...
I never needed to ask; it was sealed
I just took up my place in right field

Playing right field, it's easy you know
You can be awkward and you can be slow
That's why I'm here in right field
Just watching the dandelions grow

Playing right field can be lonely and dull
Little leagues never have lefties that pull
I'd dream of the day they'd hit one my way
They never did but still I would pray
That I'd make a fantastic catch on the run
And not lose the ball in the sun
And then I'd awake from this long reverie
And pray that the ball never came out to me
here in....

Off in the distance the game's draggin' on
There're strikes on the batter, some runners are on
